Key Responsibilities (Include but not limited to):* Order entry, upload* Creating, processing customer invoices* Assisting sales/warehouse with invoicing, order placements* Receiving of purchase orders, vendor invoices* Customer service maintenance - mailing new tags, new item spreadsheets, discontinued items and price changes* Item maintenance - price data, pack sizes and discontinued item adjustments* Assist with customer phone calls* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution* Maintain customer records by updating account information* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed* Perform additional duties as assigned by managementQualifications:* Ability to work specified shift* Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules* Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with associates and/or customers* Ability to operate word processing applications* Ability to operate spreadsheet software applications* Ability to operate various office equipment as neededWhy you will choose us:Albertsons Companies Inc.
