Coordinates, plans, and executes College of Medicine student programs, ceremonies, and special events, including New Student Orientation, White Coat Ceremony, Year 2 Orientation, Transition Weeks/Orientations, Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society Induction Ceremony, Research & Scholarship Day, Gold Humanism Honor Society Induction and Award Ceremony, Match Day, Commencement, Recognition Ceremony and Reception, community engagement events, and other institutional programs. Assists the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Admissions, Senior Director of Student Affairs and Student Services, and faculty leaders with the administration, implementation, assessment, and continuous improvement of student affairs programs, including Career Advising, Parliament Learning Communities, the M1/M2 Shadowing Program, Gold Humanism Honor Society, Schwartz Rounds, and other departmental initiatives.
