This role performs a broad range of duties, including furniture moves and setups, painting, cleaning, carpentry, basic electrical projects, light construction, exterior cleanup, building and equipment repairs, and preventive maintenance. As the role evolves, develop advanced facilities maintenance competencies, including leading vendors, performing routine modifications, and taking ownership of routine MEP repairs and comprehensive preventive maintenance programs.
