Ability to independently identify complex quality risks and systemic gaps, evaluate business implications, develop practical solutions, and lead implementation through to completion Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including root-cause analysis, risk assessment, trending, and data-driven decision-making Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, appropriately balance risk and business needs, and determine when escalation is required Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to support supplier, contract manufacturer, and other business needs Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word,) and Google Workspace Bachelor's degree required. CAPABILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED: Minimum of 7 years of relevant Quality experience and 3 years working with contract manufacturers Working knowledge of Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical cGMP Requirements for Manufacturing and Packaging Quality System Management and Quality Assurance principles and practices Authored documentation such as SOPs, APRs, statistical forecasting, protocols, reports and other cGMP documentation Experience working in the manufacturing of Drug, EPA, and/or Cosmetic products.
