The Risk Manager will lead program-level risk management across multiple task orders and geographically dispersed projects, helping Government leadership identify, assess, quantify, mitigate, and monitor risks affecting cost, schedule, quality, safety, environmental compliance, performance, and mission objectives. Integrate risk management with program scheduling, cost management, construction management, quality assurance, safety, environmental compliance, contract administration, change management, and stakeholder coordination.
