You will own day-to-day platform administration for core services such as Google Workspace, Slack, ChatGPT, Glean, and Zoom, and partner closely with Identity and Access Management, Security, IT Support, People, Procurement, and application owners to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable employee technology services. You have administered enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms such as Slack Enterprise Grid, Zoom, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Glean, including tenant configuration, user and group management, permissions, integrations, retention or governance settings, and license management.
