As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex medical needs, particularly those affected by heart-related illnesses including but not limited to heart failure, arrhythmias, post cath lab intervention, and myocardial infarctions. The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
