Reporting to the Senior Director of Facilities & Projects, this role completes routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, work orders, seasonal projects, and other facilities needs to help keep TSS spaces safe, functional, and well maintained. The role requires the ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, moving materials, basic repairs, snow removal, and housing turnover support.
