Working Conditions: This position operates in a combination of office, asphalt plant, and active construction job site environments, Frequent travel to local and regional job sites is required to monitor operations, production, and safety compliance, Regular exposure to outdoor conditions, including Extreme heat (especially around asphalt operations), Cold weather, rain, and varying site conditions, Exposure to loud noise, heavy equipment, dust, and asphalt materials; use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times in the field. Job Requirements: Minimum of 10 years specifically in asphalt milling and paving - this is a firm required, Minimum 5 years managing multiple asphalt paving crews, Superintendents, and Foremen on large-scale projects.
