If you have five or fewer years of experience managing a team or a Center, whether as a graduate student, a retired or credentialed teacher, or someone coming from a different management background, you begin teaching and assisting the Center Director directly, taking on supervisory responsibility and parent interactions as you grow into the full role. You will teach, supervise instructors, train new hires, handle parent questions and escalations directly, run enrollment and retention conversations, administer diagnostic assessments, and step in as acting director when the Center Director is not present.
