Registered Nurses work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Health Services Administrator and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological and social needs of the patient. Interrelates and works effectively with patients’ families (as appropriate), medical and nursing staffs, security staff at all levels, administrative staff and supportive staff, i.e., pharmacy, laboratory, etc.
