The EHS Training & Compliance Specialist designs, delivers, and measures the effectiveness of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) training programs for the Elk River manufacturing facility — and serves as a visible, hands-on presence on the plant floor. Demonstrated, hands-on experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), building and updating courses, assigning training by role/department, tracking completions, and generating compliance reports.
