Essential Functions: Typical duties include: sanitizing the work area, filling the salad bar with food items, serving students the entrees and hot side dishes, refilling salad bars, washing and sanitizing the work area, dishes, utensils, equipment cleaning, and sanitizing lunch tables. Our students are then served a hot entrée at elementary schools that are placed on a pan, heated, and then served by the team of two in the school.
