Working with SMG leadership, s/he will implement Lean practices throughout the service line; establish operational goals, objectives and budgets for the service line, develop and maintain Tier 2 balanced score cards, require effective daily huddles, and engage self and staff in problem solving and process improvement Responsibilities include developing optimal operating policies and procedures required to deliver quality patient care, enhance practice volumes and appropriately budget for and manage operating costs. Working in collaboration with the Chiefs of Medical Specialties, Oncology, OBGYN and Cardiology, as well as under the supervision of the SMG Vice President of Operations, the Service Line Director will provide overall leadership to and management of several critical service lines, including Dermatology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Weight Wellness, Medical and Radiation Oncology, OBGYN and Cardiology.
