This position serves schools in the east region: Airport Heights Elementary, Baxter Elementary, Begich Middle, Benny Benson Alternative High, Bettye Davis East High, Chester Valley Elementary, College Gave Elementary, King Tech High/Preschool, Rogers Park Elementary, Russian Jack Elementary, Scenic Park Elementary, Susitna Elementary, and Wendler Middle. The school nurse develops and maintains a nursing care plan with specific goals and interventions that are unique to individual student needs and administers medications, treatments, and procedures as directed by the student's physician and Anchorage School District policy.
