RN Unit Manager will follow up on all incidents, abuse allegations and investigative procedures in accordance with facility policy and will communicate with other disciplines ( activities, dietary, social services, environmental services, administrator, and contracting agency) as appropriate per situation), regarding any complaints. Unit Manager will attend and participate in regularly scheduled care plan meeting, QA Committee meeting, Falls Committee, Discharge planning and any other meetings that the DON deems appropriate to attend or chair.
