Experience in serving as a subject matter expert with the Yardi system, with demonstrated capability in handling/managing/resolving software system access, new property set-up, new user set-up and permissions, ad-hoc and scheduled report generation, custom menus, workflow creation, etc. This role is exempt and has an anticipated annualized base salary range of $65k-$75k for a new employee depending on a number of relevant factors including individuals’ experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, client/property or company budgetary limitations/guidelines, and other job-related company and market considerations.
