The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Department of Physician Assistant Studies chair, program director, medical director, director of clinical education, director of didactic education, director of assessment, director of admissions, director of student success, and faculty clinical coordinators. Responsibilities include: • Reporting • Authority structure • Administrative and operational support • Accreditation • Ongoing program assessment • Support for exam assessment • Academic record support • Admissions and student support • Program events and external engagement.
