The position serves as the primary project management lead for the Quality Department, partnering closely with the Vice President of Quality, departmental leadership, medical staff, nursing, clinical departments, operational departments, and other organizational leaders. This position serves as the central project management and performance improvement resource for hospital-wide initiatives that require structured project governance, cross-functional coordination, Lean Six Sigma methodology, performance measurement, accountability, risk management, and sustained change.
