Provide various project accounting and control services as needed including coordinating and contracting of subconsultants, developing a list of meetings attended, analysis of budget and schedule, and issues and constraints related to the work underway, in order to support planned activities and schedule under the Design Director, the Design Manager(s) leads and directs the design development and supports delivery of projects within the Delivery Team 4 portfolio as assigned, including light rail, commuter rail, and bus rapid transit facilities. Managing multiple smaller scale transit related designs, including architectural, civil, traffic, track, structural, geotechnical, landscaping, ventilation, station electrical and lighting elements, and directing work teams and coordinating between work efforts of multiple design teams and multiple Engineering subject matter experts.
