The Behavioral Specialist will carry out all Behavioral Support Services and duties aligned with those services according to the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) service description, including the development of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Behavior Support Plans (BSP), Crisis Intervention Plans (CIP), and Restrictive Procedure Plans (RPP), as relevant to the client served. Bachelor’s Degree and would work under the supervision of a professional who has a master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or Gerontology, or who is a licensed psychiatrist, psychologist, professional counselor, social worker, or who has a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.
