This role drives the end-to-end technical execution-coordinating cross-functionally with Design Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Global Suppliers to ensure all thermal systems achieve program targets for performance, quality, cost, weight, and timing. Component Oversight: Drive engineering activities for critical hardware, including radiators, condensers, fan assemblies, oil coolers, hoses, tubes, electric coolant heaters, valves, pumps, and chillers.
