The Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM) is responsible to provide leadership and oversight of Northwest Nazarene University's Enrollment Management sector, which spans the Offices of Traditional Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, Enrollment Technologies, Retention and Persistence, Multicultural Engagement and Belonging, and Nighthawks Central. The VPEM is responsible for development and monitoring of all the University's enrollment strategies, admissions goals, retention goals, enrollment tracking, student customer service strategies, and multicultural student engagement strategies.
