Develop partnerships that create meaningful educational experiences for pathway students, including campus experiences, mentoring, career exploration, academic enrichment, internships, summer programs, and other pipeline activities; plan and coordinate pathway-related campus events and partner-facing activities in collaboration with appropriate University offices. • Develop and maintain systems and processes for tracking pathway partnerships, student participation, program outcomes, and progression of participants into TUC and other educational opportunities; define data collection responsibilities, ensure consistent documentation, and coordinate with relevant offices to support accurate and timely reporting.
