What Youll Do (Please note this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and duties) * Answer inbound calls, web inquiries, and referrals with professionalism and empathy * Complete structured, non-clinical intakes and gather demographic, treatment history, and insurance information * Document interactions in Salesforce and schedule clinical screenings with the Admissions team * Provide trauma-informed communication and clear next-step guidance to callers and families * Meet call metrics, ensure accurate data entry, and collaborate with clinical and admissions teams for timely follow-through * Participate in training and transition to remote work after meeting performance benchmarks **This role does NOT include: * Clinical assessments or ASAM determinations * Counseling or therapeutic services * CADC or other licensure requirements Remote Work Requirements: After completing onsite training and demonstrating consistent performance, employees may transition to remote work.
