Essential FunctionsProject Planning, Execution & Wrike ManagementEnter and maintain detailed project plans in Wrike, including tasks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverablesTrack project progress and ensure all tasks have clear owners, deadlines, and required inputsMaintain project hygiene in Wrike, ensuring accurate statuses, organized workstreams, and up‑to‑date informationMonitor project dependencies and timelines to keep work on track and aligned across teamsPrepare regular status updates (completed, in progress, blocked) for stakeholder and team visibilityWorkflow, Backlog & Capacity ManagementMaintain the marketing backlog, ensuring all work is clearly defined, scoped, and ready before assignmentSupport Agile/SCRUM workflows, including intake, sprint support, and backlog prioritization in WrikeHelp develop and maintain processes, workflows, templates, and SOPs to drive consistency and efficiencyConduct regular audits of Wrike projects and boards to ensure accuracy and organizationSupport team capacity management by monitoring workloads and helping balance project assignmentsProduction Traffic, Vendor & Compliance CoordinationFacilitate cross‑functional alignment across internal teams, ensuring work is handed off clearly and progresses smoothly through each phaseTraffic final approved creative assets to external vendors, including print, media, and promotional partnersRequest and manage print production quotes, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and budgetsOwn the Risk and Compliance relationship, partnering to ensure deliverables meet requirements and include appropriate disclosuresSupport QA and delivery confirmation, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, compliant, and completed before task closureWhat You BringHigh School Diploma RequiredBachelors Degree Required3-4 years similar or related experience in traditional marketing required. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleExperience with traditional and digital mediaExperience with task scheduling and resource assignmentAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyAbility to work with all levels of Associates and Leadership teamsExcellent written, verbal communication skills, and negotiation abilitiesStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skillsSolid organizational, attention‑to‑detail, prioritization, and multitasking skillsExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsAbility to effectively present information to, and respond to questions from, organization leaders and associates, as well as external membersExperience user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
