Creating timelines, estimating creative lift, booking and managing resources and ensuring that agency and freelance resources are used efficiently Managing production budgets and reconciling jobs Physically attending shoots and understanding this role may consist of 10% travel Owning pre- and post-production workflows for always-on content initiatives Ensuring all work is signed off at the right stages, by the right people Working with Accounts and Finance to properly reconcile production and post-production phases.
