Communicate and Collaborate Effectively: Maintain open communication with supervisors and teammates by providing updates, seeking clarification when needed, sharing ideas, and contributing to team discussions and activities. Interns work on competencies including analytical thinking, effective communication, precision and accuracy, and priority setting and gain knowledge of the planning process, campaign management, budgeting, communication, and attention to detail.
