The Stakeholder Engagement Specialist builds and sustains productive relationships across CBP, the Department of Homeland Security, other Government agencies, and industry; develops an informed understanding of mission-partner priorities; and converts stakeholder needs, commitments, and feedback into actionable inputs for strategic planning, governance, reporting, and relationship-management dashboards. • Coordinate with strategy, policy, data, and visualization personnel to ensure stakeholder insights inform the OIT Information Technology Strategic Plan, strategic initiatives, governance products, the Strategic Traceability Hub, and Power BI-based reporting.
