EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in social work, rehabilitation counseling, psychology, business, or related field; Leadership experience in disability services or workforce development, Knowledge of Vocational Rehabilitation and Medicaid-funded employment programs, Experience supervising staff and managing compliance, Strong communication and community partnership skills. (these trainings will be provided upon hire along with required agency trainings) Must have a reliable vehicle and have the availability to work days, occasional evenings, weekends and holidays to ensure that clients works shifts are supported as defined in their ISP.
