Unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) in Washington State and/or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or associate license (LICSWA, LMHCA, etc.). The Case Manager III facilitates admission intakes, treatment planning, discharge planning, obtaining collateral, clinical interventions, crisis management, assists in the legal process and initiates personalized care for individuals who are in crisis and stabilizing from crisis.
