medical, legal, mental health, and investigative) with various agencies by applying knowledge of military, Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Navy (DON), the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Program, local, state, and federal laws, and military regulations pertaining to victims of sexual assault; 3) Employing professional, verbal and written communication methods and techniques to effectively communicate with all levels of management, staff, and intervening agencies and present training; 4) Employing interpersonal skills and professional, verbal and written communication methods and techniques to build trust and develop supportive relationships with military personnel and families of diverse backgrounds (racial, ethnic, religious, socioeconomic), sexual orientation, and gender identities; AND 5) Utilizing various office filing systems and methods to maintain an accurate system for SAPR program data collection and reports. SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: Applicants may substitute the following education for the required experience, provided it demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the position: Successful completion of 2 years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree or Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
