In addition, the position also investigates potential patients rights violations, conducts hospital unit rounds to identify potential problems and intervenes as appropriate; conducts monthly grievance committee meetings responsible for reviewing all grievances and developing plans for improvement, as well as develops, interprets, and revises Patient Advocacy policies and procedures, and provides education to staff, managers and administrative staff.
