Collects patient financial responsibility amounts including co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, past due balances and deposits from in-house patients, scheduled outpatients, ED, and Urgent Care patients as per the EHS Point of Service Collections guidelines. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting as a Patient Access Financial Counseling, Patient Financial Services Collections, Healthcare Financial Counseling, or Healthcare Collection Agency, Required.
