You will work with partners and customers to understand new service offerings and translate them into internal requirements that design and engineering teams can implement, and you will build and maintain online requirement repositories, working with development, engineering, and testing teams to create traceability from requirements origination through testing to implementation while documenting and applying lessons learned. You will lead IT requirements collection from origination to final fulfillment: engaging, educating, and advising customers to define, refine, and document their requirements, performing in-depth requirements analysis, proposing potential solutions, and coordinating internally across the IT organization to oversee service fulfillment and migration activities so customers receive consistent, reliable IT services.
