Digital Asset Management Coordinator Responsibilities: Ingest digital media assets into the DAM system, including full-length programming, marketing materials, images, audio, captions and subtitles, and supporting paperwork, following established ingest procedures and naming conventions, and receive and process deliveries from internal teams and external vendors through tools such as Aspera and Signiant Media Shuttle, confirming they are complete and correctly labeled. Support the migration and validation of legacy digital assets and physical media, such as LTO, DVD-R, Digibeta, and HDCamSR, stored on network servers, drives, and other media awaiting ingest, and take part in testing new ingest workflows, automations, and system upgrades.
