The successful candidate will translate plant and business priorities into clear daily direction, coordinate staffing and work assignments, monitor key operational metrics, resolve barriers, and partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Human Resources to achieve department goals. This role directly supervises hourly employees and is responsible for safe, compliant, efficient execution of established production schedules; department performance; employee development; and continuous improvement.
