Support products from strategy and design through launch, operation, refinement, and retirement; Provide clear, practical, and risk-calibrated advice concerning privacy, cybersecurity, consumer protection, advertising, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, competition, and other laws applicable to digital products and guest experiences; Provide strategic senior legal oversight of the development, annual launch, and evolution of Epic Pass and other lift-access products and related partnerships; and. In this high-impact role, the Assistant General Counsel will advise executive leadership, including the General Counsel, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer, and will serve as a legal leader supporting Epic Experience, Vail Resorts' multi-year vision for delivering a highly differentiated guest experience as the core growth strategy for the company.
