As the financing and securities services arm of the Global Markets Equities division, Prime Finance provides margin financing, securities lending and borrowing, synthetic financing (total return swaps and portfolio swaps), delta one and index products, and related clearing and custody services to hedge funds, asset managers and institutional clients globally. Close interaction with the trading desk, Treasury, Middle Office/Ops, IT, Market Risk, Financial Reporting, Regulatory, and IPV teams to resolve booking, valuation, and financial resource usage-related issues - with particular focus on leveraged ETF and D1 products.
