Basic Qualifications for a Facilities Engineer: Bachelor of Science in STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) with 2+ years of experience in the following engineering fields: Reliability, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Aerospace, Electrical, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Controls or a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues, improve equipment reliability, and provide technical guidance.
