Working closely with the local leadership team, you will oversee the broader performance of the subsidiary across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer service , while supporting the continued development of local manufacturing capabilities and ensuring teams have the direction, resources, and autonomy they need to succeed. You will also play a key role in developing the organization and its people , fostering initiative, collaboration, accountability, and strong cross-functional relationships, while identifying and developing internal talent and supporting future career and succession opportunities.
