Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in engineering 1 years of within application or product design engineer roles Proficiency in solid modeling; Unigraphics NX6 or higher, CATIA (moderate) Knowledge in Finite Elemement Analysis tools and prediction preferred (beginner) Proficiency in Team Center or similar product life cycle management tools Knowledge of aerospace elastomer and plastic product applications preferred; hydraulics & actuation, airframe & structures, engine, interiors Knowledge of plastic and elastomer materials characteristics preferred Knowledge of plastic and elastomer manufacturing processes preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
