The Life Enrichment Assistant works primarily with our Memory Care residents, and is responsible for assisting the Life Enrichment Director in planning, organizing, and implementing life enrichment, events and activities for residents, aiming to enhance their well-being and engagement as required for an independent living, assisted living and/or memory care community. Activity Planning & Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing a diverse range of activities, including games, exercise programs, arts and crafts, music sessions, and social events.
