 Job Description

Team Members are essential to ensuring excellent hospitality, efficient food service, restaurant cleanliness, high food quality, and adherence to food safety standards in both the restaurant and storage areas.

Typically, Team Members work an average of three to four shifts per week, with each shift lasting approximately three to five hours. However, the number of shifts and hours may vary depending on the time of year and the specific needs of the business. Availability to work most Fridays and Saturdays, as well as during peak holiday seasons, is required. Please note that Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays.

The dispatcher also coordinates and communicates with mobile units and/or courier company, along with the pharmacy to coordinate delivery and pickup of packages to the designated destinations in a cost effective and timely manner. They are required to perform separate roles related to the communication within the company and the couriers in the field. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: <ul><li>Follows daily packaging assignments (selecting appropriate medications for packing) to ensure the delivery of medications occurs on time.</li><li>Accurately prepares medications for delivery</li><li>Accurately places completed work in the appropriate area/totes for pick up.</li><li>Maintain productivity and accuracy standards set by the department</li><li>Maintain any dispatch related equipment and equipment rentals</li><li>Responsible for maintaining records, monitoring driver logs, and investigation of courier errors or violations</li><li>Efficiently manage and coordinate deliveries, routes, and timelines in a cost-effective manner.</li><li>Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management skills</li><li>Maintain neat, clean, and organized work area always</li><li>Working knowledge of the computer operating system</li><li>Report any misconduct, suspicious or unethical activities to the Compliance Officer.</li><li>Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.</li><li>Participate in the Pharmacy’s Process Improvement Program as requested by the Process Improvement Director and/or Operations Managers and Supervisors.</li><li>Participate in pharmacy committees when requested.</li><li>Participate in in-service education programs provided by the pharmacy.</li><li>Abide by the company Drug Free Workplace policy. What to Expect The Tesla Collision Repair Program is looking for a Collision Shop Paint Prepper to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve supporting the Tesla Collision Repair Program in all aspects.
