Document Nursing progress notes on all patients, and maintains medical records including, but not limited to, individual patient records, daily medication charts, dosage records, physician orders, etc., as required. Counsel patients regarding personal hygiene, abnormal lab results, HIV/AIDS testing, and all medical matters including changes in treatment.
