We are currently seeking a senior technology contracting professional with 10+ years of hands-on negotiation experience who can independently redline agreements, negotiate commercial and legal terms, manage contractual risk, and secure favorable pricing and business terms across multiple technology categories. Lead end-to-end negotiations of commercial and legal contract terms, including MSAs, SOWs, order forms, software, hardware, SaaS, cloud services, and IT professional services agreements.
