As an ECC Supervisor at the CSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VTH), you will oversee the veterinary technical team (registered veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, and hourly staff) across the Emergency/Urgent Care (ER), Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), and Isolation services while partnering closely with faculty and clinicians. Perform supervisory and administrative functions, including conducting performance reviews, managing disciplinary actions, approving leave requests, reconciling timecards, monitoring leave banks, and contributing to financial reporting, budgeting, and staffing utilization decisions.
