Experience teaching gifted education classes, Advanced Placement, or honors courses OR comparable experience teaching high school age students in a private or out of school environment (e.g., YMCA, private studio, professional ensemble classes) within the applicant’s field of expertise. By the end of the program, students will have an increased understanding of the complex biological, physical, and socio-economic factors that shape agricultural systems and various professions in agriculture (e.g., the roles of a technician, researcher, food producer, etc.).
