This position works across multiple departments and areas of the property, assisting with general farm upkeep, facility maintenance, equipment operation, utility support, warehouse organization, and miscellaneous projects as needed. As a Facilities & Farm Operations Associate, you will play a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and overall functionality of our Milford Farm location.
