We are seeking a dependable and motivated Orchard Worker / Farm Equipment Operator to support daily orchard and farm operations. This position plays a vital role in maintaining orchard productivity, crop health, and overall farm efficiency. Ideal candidates will have experience in agriculture, farming, landscaping, or equipment operation and thrive in a hands-on outdoor work environment. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of orchard and farm labor tasks to support daily agricultural operations. Operate farm equipment including tractors and other machinery necessary to complete orchard and field work safely and efficiently. Load, unload, and transport harvested products and materials. Assist with irrigation system monitoring and maintenance. Apply pesticides, fertilizers, and other crop treatments in accordance with safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of orchard facilities, equipment, and work areas. Inspect crops and report any issues related to equipment, irrigation, pests, or crop conditions to supervisors. Follow all farm safety procedures, company policies, and agricultural regulations. Complete assigned duties accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Support additional farm and orchard operations as assigned by management.
